Talent Submission Requirements
At The Tabb Agency, we are currently only accepting experienced talent.
We are a talent agency - not a coaching or management service. All talent should come prepared with a strong foundation and professional materials.
Actors
To be considered:
- Professional actor headshots (industry standard)
- Acting résumé (updated and properly formatted)
- Training and/or on-set experience
- Professional demo reel (highly preferred; strong bonus)
Models
To be considered, you must have:
- Prior modeling experience
- Professional modeling photos (high-quality, industry standard—no casual or phone images)
Limited Exceptions
We may occasionally consider new talent (actors) on a case-by-case basis. However, all of the following are required:
- Formal actor training
- A referral from a casting director or established industry professional who can personally vouch for your readiness
Background Talent
If you are interested in background work for commercials, you may submit for background talent consideration only.
Please note:
- Experience is still required
- You must understand on-set etiquette and professionalism
- Placement is not guaranteed, and additions to the roster are selective
We represent talent who are ready to work professionally and meet industry standards for auditions and bookings.
Submissions that do not meet these standards may not be reviewed.
